Our Mission
We nurture future leaders to bring education equity
Teach For Hong Kong started 5 years ago to nurture a community of future leaders who can bring systemic change to Hong Kong’s education, so that all children have equal opportunity to learn, grow and realize their potential.
Since then, we have nurtured over 110 university graduates and young professors through our one-year Fellowship program, served over 20000 students in grassroots schools and created a community of over 100 schools, corporations and organizations that are committed to create systemic change to bring education equity. This makes us one of the fastest growing nonprofits in the education sector.

As a Youth Consultant. you will develop a Life and Career Education activity plan to increase either primary or secondary students’ learning motivation and broaden their horizons, thus empowering them to plan for their future development.
