About the Teach4HK Fellowship Program

Teach4HK Fellowship Program is a one-year program which aims to enlist outstanding university graduates with diversified talents to serve underprivileged students through a one-year teaching fellowship.

Who We Are Looking For

Program Structure

Summer Training

Jul 2018 – Aug 2018

Prior to the start of their teaching placement, a 6-week summer training is arranged for fellows. The training includes multi-dimensional workshops to prepare fellows for their teaching placement and further career and leadership development.

Teaching Placement

Sep 2018 – Jun 2019 

After the training, fellows will start their teaching placement at our partner schools to serve underprivileged students for 10 months. The main duties of our Fellows are (1) In-class Teaching, (2)Extra-curricular Activities and (3) Life and Career Education

Post Fellowship Development

After the completion of Fellowship

Teach4HK encourages and support fellows to explore careers beyond education. We have already established a partnership with corporates such as KPMG, UOB, SFC, and EY to provide career opportunities for our graduated fellows.

Selection Process

ONLINE APPLICATION

All applications will be reviewed by our recruitment team and successful candidates will be notified via email.

FIRST ROUND INTERVIEW

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a one-hour individual interview with our recruitment team. Skype interviews available for overseas candidates.

FINAL ROUND INTERVIEW

Successful candidates will be invited to our final interview with our partner school and they will consider whether you are capable to be their fellow. Skype interviews available for overseas candidates.

Aside from career workshops and seminars, we also provide employment partnership with varied professionals. We connect with corporate partners and help our fellows secure employment in high-impact industries. We do so by implementing internal team screening that guarantees direct employment to graduate trainee programs or final interviews with your industry choice.
